With this Tennis Net Headline Wire Cable part of your tennis set-up you’ll never have a session disrupted by poor tennis net tension again. Designed to an extremely professional standard, our Tennis Net Headline Wire Cables will guarantee to keep your tennis net fully tensioned, so you can put 100% of your focus onto your game and not worry about whether your tennis net will hold out for the session.
Here at Net World Sports we recognise that not all tennis nets and tennis posts are the same, so sometimes a slightly different style is required to fully suit your tennis set-up. Firstly, we supply tennis net headline wire cables that are suited to both singles tennis nets (33ft) and doubles tennis nets (42ft). Not only that, we also offer a choice of Loop & Pin or Double Loop style so you can be sure to receive the perfect headline wire cable for your tennis posts, ensuring the best performance possible can be achieved.
Manufactured from a world-class combination of 3mm steel wire with a 2mm PVC coating, these 5mm tennis net headline wire cables will not only tension your tennis net to the perfect weight, but they’ll hold that tension and perform professionally for season after season. The incredibly durable, weatherproof wire cable also protects the tennis net’s headband thanks to its PVC coating which allows the cable to slide right through the top of the net whilst protecting the material from any abrasion damage.
One of the major reasons for the supreme durability these Tennis Net Headline Wire Cables possess is thanks to their incredible strength. ITF regulations state that a regular tennis net should be tensioned at 200kg (440lbs) whilst our headline wire cables have been tested to withstand more than three times that amount (630kg / 1388lbs), so even if you’re having one of those off days where you seem to making more contact with the net that you’d like, this cable will stand tough no matter what.
PLEASE NOTE: When replacing your old headline cables with new ones, we recommend you cable tie the loop ends of both the new and old cable together and gently pull through the headband, helping to avoid damage to the tennis net’s headband.
